WELCOME TO UMAINE STUDENT GOVERNMENT

We are an organization built to serve the needs of just under 10,000 undergraduate students on this campus. Our mission is to advocate for policies and ideas that could tangibly benefit the students. We are a conduit for the students to reach out to the administration, each other, and the local community as a whole. With the continued assistance of the students, the administration, and the hard extracurricular work put forth by every Senator, Executive, and ex-officio member; the University of Maine Student Government has become an organization that works for advancing and promoting student interests in academic and social life.
